The estimate reflects our standard contract for storage, reception, and pick & pack with high accuracy. It excludes carrier postage and custom packaging materials, both of which we calculate against real data in the formal quote.
Are there setup or monthly integration fees?
No. Connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon and using our WMS is free. You only pay for active storage and the fulfillment activity actually performed.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We pass through our negotiated rates with European carriers (SEUR, GLS, DHL, and similar) directly to you. When you request a formal quote we share the exact zone and weight tables that apply to your destination mix.
Do you offer discounts for high-volume accounts?
